Four ways to develop

Combine the models as your needs change. Prices for hours and feature packages are in the price list.

Fixed-price first phase

A clearly defined project

Agreed deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestones: setup, development, testing, pilot rollout, documentation and guidance for your staff. Small adjustments within the scope do not change the price.

Development subscription

Steady monthly capacity

A team working on your priorities every month after the first phase. You can stop at the end of any month, and the priorities are reviewed with you regularly.

Feature packages

Pay per business feature

One to eight features ordered as a package. A feature is one business capability or user story, and the price per feature falls as the package grows.

Hourly work

For work best agreed in hours

Architects, senior consultants, developers and AI consultants, with the work approved in advance.

Pay for the first phase your way

Three instalments

Equal monthly payments from the start of the project.

Twelve instalments

Spread the price over one year in twelve monthly payments.

Payment in advance

Pay before development starts and receive a discount.

How a phase runs

01

Scope and price agreed

Deliverables, acceptance criteria and milestones are written down before work starts.

02

Two-week sprints

Planning, development, demo and release every two weeks, with access to the Jira board.

03

Tested and approved

Each release package is tested on staging and approved by your product owner.

04

Accepted by you

You accept the delivery by e-mail or by marking the items accepted on the board.
